Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of AgentEye (AgentEye.io), operated by Flow Investment AG, Aeschenvorstadt 4 4051 Basel Switzerland. Contact: contact@agenteye.io.

AgentEye provides (1) a free automated website readability scan and (2) paid Agent Usability Audits. Audits use autonomous or semi-automated AI-powered browser agents to attempt real user tasks on products you submit, and may include screen recordings, screenshots, failure traces, prioritized findings, recommendations, and, where included in your package, a re-test after you implement fixes.

Findings are based on observed test runs at a point in time. We do not guarantee that every AI agent or model can use your product, that all bugs or usability issues will be found, that results will be identical across AI models, that an agent failure always indicates a defect in your product, or that an agent success guarantees future compatibility.

• The service is an additional testing and usability layer. It does not replace software QA, security audits, accessibility audits, penetration testing, legal compliance reviews, or human user research.

By submitting a URL, ordering an audit, or otherwise requesting testing, you confirm that you own the submitted website or application, or have sufficient authorization to request testing of it.

You authorize Flow Investment AG and its technical systems (including automated browser agents and subprocessors) to access and interact with the submitted product solely for the requested testing purpose.

You must not submit third-party systems without authorization. You are responsible for ensuring that testing does not violate applicable law, your agreements with third parties, or your internal policies.

• Provide dedicated test accounts with the minimum permissions needed whenever possible.
• Use temporary or time-limited credentials where you can.
• Do not provide production credentials unless absolutely necessary and explicitly agreed in writing.
• You are responsible for the accuracy, scope, and lawfulness of credentials and access you provide.
• We handle credentials confidentially and delete them when no longer required for the audit (see Privacy Policy). Flow Investment AG is not responsible for consequences caused by incorrect, excessive, or unauthorized credentials you provide, subject to mandatory applicable law.

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, the service covers usability and task-completion testing only. It does not include destructive testing, denial-of-service testing, penetration testing, exploitation of vulnerabilities, deliberate bypass of security controls, or high-volume load testing.

We may pause or stop a test if continued execution could reasonably risk data loss, service disruption, unauthorized access, financial transactions, or other irreversible actions.

Packages and deliverables are as described on our Pricing page at the time of order. Current standard packages:

Quick Test (99 EUR): 1 core user task, 3 agent attempts, 1 persona, screen recording, failure summary, and top fixes.

Full Agent Audit (299 EUR): 5 core user tasks, 15+ agent attempts, multiple personas, recordings, screenshots, failure traces, prioritized fix roadmap, and one re-test of the same tasks within 30 days after delivery of the original audit report, provided you supply working access and any agreed fixes are deployed.

Continuous Agent Testing: custom scope and pricing by agreement.

One task means one defined user goal or flow (e.g. “sign up and reach the dashboard”). One attempt means one agent run trying to complete that task. The included re-test covers the same tasks as the original audit once, within the stated window, not unlimited re-runs or new tasks.

Enterprise or custom engagements may differ; scope is confirmed in writing before work begins.

Prices shown on AgentEye.io at the time you place an order or confirm a package apply. Standard prices are 99 EUR for Quick Test and 299 EUR for Full Agent Audit unless otherwise stated for a specific offer.

Prices are quoted in euros (EUR). Applicable taxes (including Swiss VAT/MWST, if any) may be added where required by law.

Payment is due as agreed per order. The website does not operate an automated checkout; payment is arranged directly (e.g. invoice or an agreed payment link). Any payment processing is handled by the agreed payment provider for that transaction.

Custom, continuous, or enterprise services are priced separately.

You submit test information via our contact flow, email, or another channel we provide. Work begins after we confirm scope, access, and payment (where applicable).

Delivery timelines depend on product availability, working credentials, task clarity, queue volume, and your responses to access questions. We will communicate expected timing when your order is confirmed. Timelines are estimates, not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing.

• Provide correct URLs and a clear description of tasks to test.
• Provide working test accounts and ensure the test environment is available during the engagement.
• Respond promptly to reasonable questions about access, flows, or expected behaviour.
• If required information or access is missing, delivery may be delayed or we may be unable to complete the audit as scoped.

Before work has started: you may cancel for a full refund of amounts paid for that order, or we may agree to reschedule.

After testing has begun: refunds are handled fairly based on work already performed. If we cannot complete testing because you did not provide required access, credentials, or cooperation, fees may be retained for work completed and reasonable costs incurred.

If the submitted product is unavailable, blocks automated access without prior notice, or cannot be tested for reasons outside our control, we will work with you to reschedule or refund unused portions of prepaid fees, less work already delivered.

Duplicate payments or billing errors will be corrected promptly upon notice.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

Do not use the service to probe systems without permission, overload infrastructure, submit unlawful content, or interfere with other users. We may refuse or terminate service for abuse.

We may see unreleased products, private interfaces, staging environments, product information, and test credentials. Non-public customer information is treated confidentially and used only to provide and operate the service, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary through infrastructure providers acting on our instructions.

We do not promise absolute confidentiality beyond what our systems and providers can reasonably support.

You retain ownership of your product, website, application, and materials you submit.

Flow Investment AG retains ownership of its testing methods, software, systems, templates, and underlying technology.

You receive the right to use your audit reports, recordings, findings, and recommendations internally and for your own product improvement. You may not resell our methodology or deliverables as a competing service without agreement.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Findings and recommendations may contain errors or omissions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Flow Investment AG is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on audit results.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to a specific order is limited to the fees paid by you for that order, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Mandatory statutory liability (including for intent or gross negligence where non-excludable) remains unaffected.

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

Exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes is the courts at the registered seat of Flow Investment AG in Basel, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions that may require a different forum.

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the current version. Continued use after material changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
